The property you referred receives its first booking — you earn the majority of KeyHost’s net margin in a single payment. The rate is locked at signing and depends on the property’s pricing segment. It’s a one-time commission, designed to be immediately impactful.

A fixed recurring rate
for 24 months.
Starting from the second booking, a fixed percentage of KeyHost’s net margin is paid to you on every booking the referred property receives — for two full years. Flat rate, no tapering, no cap. Add a second property, a third: each cycle runs independently and stacks.
